She completed a commercial apprenticeship at the American company 3M and is completing a part-time bachelor's programme in business psychology alongside her full-time job at 3M.
With her combination of practical experience and academic knowledge, she can prepare the mentees for their professional life as well as their academic career. Antonia wants to share her experience and knowledge to help mentees reach their full potential so they can achieve their dreams and goals. She is looking forward to getting to know the mentees with their experiences and developing new perspectives herself.

Tell us a little about yourself and your role within Friends of Botriver.
Hello, I am Antonia and am 23 years old. In March I became a mentor after learning about its positive impact from a friend. Inspired by his experience, I was motivated to also contribute to the cause.
What do you enjoy the most about volunteering at Friends of Botriver?
I enjoy most to see the engagement of my mentee when working towards her self set goals. In addition to that the intercultural exchange broadens both of our horizons and brings us joy while working on future goals.
Why do you think the mentorship program is beneficial?
Our diverse backgrounds allow us to share practical knowledge and solutions that can contribute to their personal and educational growth. Due to the cross cultural exchange I believe that the mentorship program holds benefits for both parties involved.
